Description
Careers working with animals also require working with people. Understanding people and interpersonal relationships is critical to every successful career. This course will focus on understanding how people relate to each other, how to work successfully with others, and how to manage the professional issues that arise when working with people and animals. Discussions will cover emotions, learning, motivation, perception and body language. Real case studies will be used to further develop the skills you’ll be using in this course.
