Description
This is a 90-minute recorded web class with Eva Bertilsson teaching on the topic of flow charts and "event bars" as planning and problem solving strategies for training sessions with our animals. She describes the value of flow charts showing the back and forth communication between trainer and learner, and event bars as showing the overlap and timing of each action in relation to another. This session included coaching of a volunteer team to illustrate the concepts.
